Just ask

It doesn't cost to ask. My family asks for advice all the time.

"Do you think I should wait?"

"I need help"

"could you come with me?"

My answer usually means that I tend to do more. However, I find that if you can point someone in the right direction there are invariably a number of individuals and groups that can help.

Perhaps you just need to be heard. We can do that. We can act like a sounding board too if you'd like to bounce any ideas off us.

Sometimes you might need a friendly face to accompany you to a difficult appointment. If we can't, we can find someone who can.

Providing a woman with the tools needed to get ahead and be self sufficient is an even better prospect. So looking for and signposting towards local training opportunities is paramount.
